A Creator Series Tier 3 model that has all the engineering qualities of Tier 2 models, but offers improved acoustic performance and further features for enhanced speaker placement freedom, such as boundary correction and mid/high-frequency cut/boost, plus leading-edge acoustic technologies.

The C3L-CP in-ceiling speaker is a controlled performance model incorporating a fully sealed backbox that optimizes mid-range and bass performance while maintaining sonic consistency regardless of interior wall construction.

The C3L-CP features a 3-way configuration, 9" RDT III bass driver, 4" C-CAM midrange driver and 1" C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter with Uniform Dispersion (UD) Waveguide II. The midrange driver and tweeter are built into a new Inverted Dual Concentric II (IDC II) coaxial mid/tweeter driver array, a ground up redesign that now features a larger voice coil to ensure the Uniform Dispersion (UD) Waveguide II can be used to control the high-frequency directivity. Effectively a point source, it creates an exceptionally large soundstage in the listening environment.
